Holland Code Career Model
Holland Code Career Model is a system that classifies jobs into job categories, interest clusters, or work personality environments. In the Holland Model, there are work categories or personalities. The work personalities were Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, and Conventional.
Holland Code Assessments and Tests
Holland Code Assessments and Tests use Holland personality styles to link vocational interests to job families. Assessments use a two or three-letter RIASEC or Holland code. Different Holland Code assessments and tests provide information on the relationship between job personalities and key characteristics, college majors, hobbies, abilities, and related careers. Two of the most widely used Holland Code assessments and tests are the Self-Directed Search and My Career Profile Guidance System.
